12 Week Transformation Program

To put good habits in place, it takes both mind and body. A combination of both worlds, my 12 Week Transformation Program takes you through a health and wellness process that centers around your body and needs. Then, we relax and reset your mind with a therapeutic massage.

For the person ready to take action or for those trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, my 12 Week Transformation Program begins with an Intake Session. During this time we will lay out your Wellness Vision. What vision of yourself is your best self? How do you want to transform your life?

What to Expect

Over the course of the next three months, we will create measurable and attainable goals to reach your vision. During weekly coaching sessions, we will evaluate your progress, set new goals, focusing on a process that works for you. At the end of each health and wellness coaching meeting, we wrap up with a therapeutic bodywork session, to reset your mind and body for the week ahead.

At the end of the 12 Weeks you will:

  • Get back on track with your fitness and health goals
  • Understand what causes stress in your body and learn how to prevent it
  • Embrace the constant revision that is life
  • Have a defined plan of action for specific objectives
